Race to the Cup
The NBA playoffs are a four-round, best-of-seven tournament that determines the NBA champion. It's a single-elimination tournament where the top teams from each conference compete, with the winners of the conference finals facing off in the NBA Finals. The playoffs are held after the regular season and the NBA play-in tournament.
The order of the playoffs including the NBA play goes as such:
- Play-In Tournament
- First Round
- Second Round - Conference Semifinals
- Third Round - Conference Finals
- Fourth Round - NBA Finals

Sixteen teams from each conference, the top eight from each, participate in a bracket-style tournament, with the winner of each series advancing to the next round. The winner of the NBA Finals, which is the final round, is crowned the NBA champion.
the championship series where the two conference champions, the Eastern Conference winner and the Western Conference winner, compete in a best-of-seven series to determine the NBA league champion. The first team to win four games secures the championship and the Larry O'Brien Trophy.
